New map Ideas!

    What ideas for maps do you have?
    Here's one of mine...

    A vegas based map, perhaps a dark night time with loads of neon light adverts? And even in your base their could be slot machines, spend some money on it and something could come out... money, bacon, maybe even a deadly explosive that will kill you: only one way to find out!

    how about a sky city map, with buyable bridges and buyable trapdoors?

    how about an arena with a bunch of paths to get 2 ur enemy's base

    this seems like a groundbreaking idea we havent seen before. maybe they can do a map like this for dlc?

    Say hello to the Aptilube Omegadome!

    It will have a modified version of crossfire that has three teams, each with the task of destroying both other teams' moneyballs.

    Explanation:

    The colored squares represent the base's of each team. The colored lines represent the pathing of bots.

    The grey circles represent neutral bases that can be captured. Once captured, you can build turrets there and additional bots can be spawned. In order to capture these, you need bots. The bots can be spawned at the red dot and you must escort the bots to the neutral base. Once in the base, you must hold it for 1-2 minutes to capture it.

    Once one team gets knocked, their neutral bases will be given to the team that knocked them out (if they had any). Their main base however, will not be able to be captured by the two remaining teams.

    The first team that is knocked out is still able to play. Their job is to give hell to the other teams. The will not have any regular bot spawns. Although, they can still build turrets and purchase bots and have them pick a select path.

    The game ends one there is one team remaining.

    This is just a rough outline though.

    that a good idea, i was thinking of a 3 team map or (even a 4 team map where the bots cross in the center)

    Oh Oh, how about a rather boring sqaure map, however in the center is a giant mecha bullseye comes alive at about the half way time mark and starts killing everyone with bacon lazers and kitten rockets....

    I very much like the neon lights and slot machines idea! They could also add life to the already existing maps if they add a night time mode.

    Brain storming in progress. Tell me what you think.

    I think a black light theme'd level would be awesome. Mostly dark, But you can see the edges of buildings, Lines on players armor, Robots lights, ect ect in florescent colors. Similar to a lazor tag room at arcades.

    So heres a list of random ideas for it

    -Money balls would give out a lot of light but be inside buildings so the buildings are well lit

    -Players on fire give out more light than normal.

    -When an enemies money ball shield is down their color's around the arena begin to pulse, Slowly when money ball has a lot of HP, Faster as it goes down.

    -Light up specific areas of the map, In similar fashion to current jump pads, Annihilator ect.

    -Lazeblaze arena maybe for name?

    -Shots leave a glowing affect for a short period of time. So like trace lines that leaves streaks.

    Just have them slightly glow when they are close enough to see through their stealth. And when they aren't stealthed you would just see the glowing like other players.

    I would quite like to see a moving map. With multiple routes to the other teams moneyball, which change and shift occasionally. There could even be a few switches placed around the map which activate the moving.

    Just a quick idea, tell me what you think :D

    Yeah sounds good, certain routes could be defended using traps and turrets.
