As an assault, you can hover over an assassin who's about to smoke bomb jump and basically obstruct their intended 'ascent'. You can stop a escaping assassin dead in their tracks by just hovering over them. Never knew that.
I think you intended to type "descent," but even then really meant "ascent." On topic, sure you can do that, but it's just more effective to grab them. The ability gets used up, you've dealt damage, she's made immobile for others to shoot, and it's easier to do. All plus.

if you smoke bomb while being charged by a tank and jumping your damage is reduced If you melee someone while juiced it is an instakill You can melee bullseye and the money ball for juice rockets are useless vs gremlins If you hold RT and spam RB as a tank (gold reload) you can cut the animations of the death blossom and spam it 5x faster
You can hack an enemy turret while it's upgrading. Imagine the horror the enemy feels when they see their level 3 turret finish building only for it to be the wrong color.
Feedle you have no clue what you are talking about. The only thing worth noting in your post is that you gain juice when you MELEE ANYTHING EXCEPT TURRETS AND ALLIES!
