Preseason Hero Gear

I pre-ordered Monday night combat during the beta and even played the beta yet I do not have it, can Uber give it to me somehow? I don't really have screenshots of me playing in the beta or anything like that, but I know i reserved, played a game, and then i got quite busy so i couldn't play a whole lot

I can't seem to find it, I've looked everywhere

I don't know why you wouldn't have the gear

But you don't have the pro-tag because you earn it by wearing the gear

Nothing there. Sorry. I just really want to get this sorted out because I don't get why i don't have it

maybe I can't find it because I got a new computer or something because my old one crashed, but I'm not sure. Is there anyway I can get the pre-season gear?

I don't even have a email of when I bought it, the last recipe that I have for steam purchases was back in February. which was for homefront, any of my emails before February were deleted. Please I would really appreciate it if i got the preseason gear because i did pre-order it before the TF2 items were announced.
