I've noticed smart Tanks and Assassins going back there to take out our bots. Long shots become easy prey and are better suited for the nub behind the moneyball. So I was thinking maybe a shaveice.

This would slow down any agressors but would not damage them. A lazer Blazer would be nice as it is quick to set up and cheap. But I'm not sure that that is optimal.

    So what is?

Shave Ice, maybe, Lazer Blazer is free juice for Tanks, so I would say perhaps a RockIt Turret.

Shave ice 3 has a large amount of armor, will protect a sniper to an extent and has a good range.

hacked to 3 and it can be really annoying for anyone. Especially sins trying to sneak past you or kill you.

Sounds like a good call me to.

yeah a shave ice would be nice there when you have assassin issues, if not just keep it a long shot. spunky is a spam fest from hell and can develop to a quick stalemate, having those upgraded longshots can become crucial on even sided games.

i got 99 problems but assassins ain't one.

shave ice works much better on the forward nub next the ejector
a hacked lvl 3 will cover from the bridge at the bot spawn to well beyond the center choke point that way if it is kept up no bots will ever enter your base and it will still stop the enemy getting to the bot spawn

Rock-its do amazingly though there. A level three hacked rocket becomes a SIGNIFICANT problem for the other team. Shaveice in the back covering the bot spawns.

Both are true. Thus, it is situational. If you have enemy assaults flying around the top walls, shaveice by ejector. If you have more heavies on the enemy team, rokkit by ejector. If you have a front rokkit to keep enemies out, and no enemy assassins, then longshot is fine by bot spawn. Otherwise a shaveice if you don't already have one, and a rokkit if you already do.

Tbh, I think shaveice just outside the moneyball ring in the center of all the nubs is optimal, but that can also be juggled with a longshot in case you elect to place the shaveice by the ejector or bot spawn. If a longshot does go here, someone has to keep them from shooting through the tunnel, which is why a shaveice is fairly good here.

Better to have a rockit 3.3, slow them down vs destroy every wave in seconds and lock down center of the map from enemy team.
