Hopefully the MNC Mod Tool will be released soon and we'll be seeing some awesome community made maps after it has been released.

I think a cool idea for Uber to do, would be similar to what Valve does with TF2. Take the best community maps, clean them up, and release them as official maps. I think this would be cool for Uber to do because then Uber can name those best maps after the other endorsements. Such as: Survivitol Arena, Round Hound Arena, Grandma Betty's Arena, etc. There are like 25 endorsements that don't have an arena, so I think it would be cool if the best community maps gets named after those.

What is everyone's thoughts on this?

    I think that's a fantastic idea.

Fyi Grandma Betty's Arena is the tutorial's map. ;)

I think this should be the norm.

With mod tools down the pipeline I hope that there will be official edits of good or enjoyable community maps and release as official maps.

(that and improved/revamped voicechat and chatbox)

Agreed, a contest for specific endorsement maps would be neat as well.

fyi x2: Survivitol arena is for Super Sudden Death Blitz

Well, looks like I should pay more attention to the non-Cross Fire map names, but at least you guys understood what I meant.

Yeah, don't take it personally. We on the forums love showing up the lesser folk with our immense knowledge.:)

EDIT: and derailing otherwise productive threads.

He's being facetious, and jokingly making fun of both himself and the others who corrected you for being self aggrandizing know-it-alls.

With extremely poor choice of words. Imagine that statement he made but replace "lesser folk" with the n-word instead. It's the same message...
I stopped posting on the Steam forums for a reason. I heard this forum was better, but no one ever called me "lesser folk" or threw anything at me like that over there. This is the kind of crap that makes people leave and not want to be part of the community.
