    (Hi Jessep!)

I personally have not chosen to lock this simply because I don't see a reason to yet. I think there is a great banter going here, even with the barely disguised innuendos that some people are retards. Not locking it is not a "hint-hint".

The OP seems to think they know something. It could be true, or false, heck, I have a co-worker who doesn't think that dinosaurs existed... is she crazy? (YES!)

The most important thing is really, if there's an official announcement by Uber, then you know it's true, anything else is wishful thinking or rumor.

Just keep it clean and don't be jerks and we'll get along fine!

No no no, I even have a bag myself. I use it to beat people with though, and it's not something I'd want to consume. You don't know where my bag's been.

Except for the part that XBLA never stay afloat after a month. In another 6 weeks, servers will be completely empty. On PC, it is much easier to get the community going. (Some people, over the INTERNET have already started a wiki.)

I like this game because its like TF2, but there's so many things you could learn from Valve. #1: "Steam > Xbox"

I have MNC on my 360 Laptop, does that count as a PC Port? jk, but I do though.

Seriously, playing this on the go is the best thing ever.

I'm almost tempted to say the TF2 team could learn from some of Uber's designs, all the classes in MNC have a use and can easily become MVP in skilled hands.

In TF2, I'd like to see you even try to get a 1:1 ratio in a competative gametype as a Pyro.

While I still don't actually believe you, I think it's a safe assumption that a PC port would be out by December.

Well actually there are videos on youtube of pyros(often a dual pyro teamup) doing well in comp matches. But you're right, they're not really meant to be there, more on that later. That aside, I think you've got it backwards on class design. The thing that makes a class based shooter a good class based shooter is offering unique and situational positions for each class. If every single class could do everything just as good as any other one with enough practice, that's more like Modern Warfare in style. Luckily for us, MNC nor TF2 is really like that. Though MNC's characters certainly are much more flexible than TF2's, it's not like I haven't seen every single class top the chart on TF2 consistently.

Now for a generic rant on class based shooter design. Classes should be limited and excel in other ways. Even if you mastered a class to the fullest extent. Going back to the pyro, as you know he's not really balanced for 6v6 competitive play. He fits a very good role of causing massive chaos in bigger games where there's more people for him to spam his flamethrower on. There are similar curves tied to the amount of players on a TF2 server for other classes like Scout and Spy. I like that when the situation calls for it, there's a class that I can switch to that can do something much better than the other. It keeps classes unique, and the game much more interesting. When comparing TF2 and MNC, you also have to keep in mind that Valve is balancing out 9 unique classes instead of 6. 3 more classes makes a huge difference, but Valve pulled it off expertly offering everybody new or pro a worthwhile experience. Valve also has to take player count into consideration with balance, whereas MNC is capped at 6v6(TF2 is balanced up to 12v12, twice as many players). Also, I find some irony in you saying Valve should learn from Uber, when Uber obviously already took cues from Valve's TF2. Ultimately in the end I'm glad that they're still their own games, and I'm having a blast with both. I just couldn't help but put my opinionated two cents in here.

If you have not watched their videos, the studio is very small... I think those of you who think a PC port is coming might be unfamiliar with the indusrty.. and startup companies.. but keep hope alive I guess..

Uber came from a PC developing background.

Depends on the quality/type of the game and the support it receives. I honestly don't buy many of the xbla games but so far most are still kicking just fine. Still no problem getting a game of Catan on or Magic etc.
