It's important to know who killed who and with what, but it would really help a lot to know what team the people involved in the kill are. Maybe just put the names in orange and blue fonts to indicate team color.
good idea. when playing with a bunch of randoms, with people dropping in and out on occasion, it can be difficult to follow which names are on which teams.
Many updates later and still no colored fonts in the kill reports... Am I alone in wanting this to happen?
guess it would be nice, and usefull ofcourse. Most teambased fps have it so why not. Would kinda make sense anyway as in reallife sports on tv and whatnot they would show what team someone is on as well (not killing each other ofcourse ). So i can only imagine "the people watching this from home" would be interested in seeing who exactly killed who.
I could take it or leave it. Considering you can see your teammates position through walls I don't think it's necessary.
That would be great! Especially because people do often change teams so it makes not much sense to remember.
Something similar to the little red splash that TF2 has for dying from crits might be nice as well. Maybe only for juiced kills. An indication of juice-induced destruction would be cool. But the team color coded thing is way more important.
I'd support this. All team-based shooters do well with it. What I'd like to know is why MNC doesn't have it to begin with. Seems like a massive oversight. I also support the notion of adding something extra for Juiced kills. Crit glow or maybe a juicebox icon beside the kill.
