When I logged into MNC today, it starts immediately into the tutorial. I was immediately hopeful for a new game mode or something, but no, apparently I just lost everything instead. I no longer have any custom classes [I had purchased all 6 slots], nor the $25k tag I was using, nor do I have any money at all [it shows as I've earned $1010104 lifetime, but have $0 on hand]. I did retain all my other stats, like kills, deaths, all my protags earned, etc. I am not a cheater, and have never been. Running Windows 7 Professional x64, everything is pretty updated. No malware atm. What could have caused this? Edit: screenshot: Edit 2: I'll also note that when joining a game, my custom-named custom classes still show up, but they're not selectable.
Restarting PC doesn't change anything. Also I'll note that my video/keyboard settings were reset to default as well.
The switch from beta to release reset the stats, that's the only thing I can assume since you have not specified a timeframe.
Yeah, this also happened to me, all the cash on hand reset, and the custom classes are gone. Though my career stats and lifetime earnings went unchanged. I noticed this today, though that's because I haven't played in a few days, so I'm not suren exactly when or why it reset.
My friend just had this happen to him and he just had to wait for it to sync to his steam cloud. maybe there is an issue with that. Maybe you can manually do it? EDIT: my bad, seems like by bud has a different issue. He lost his lifetime earnings and everything.
No fix on this, no response from anybody from Uber. Tried a bunch of stuff, up to reinstalling the game, to no effect. The $1M+ I earned is just not available to me. I'd be fine with just getting the money back, so I could re-buy the custom classes and protags I was using; that wouldn't be a big deal. But having to re-earn all of it? That's pretty crappy support. And it's not like I'm the only player who has had this problem, either. Edit: Don't know if this is related, but I can no longer view any leaderboards. They just 'load' forever, and can't be exited without force-quitting the game.
