[SERVER] Dozer Unit Addition

    The Dozer is a T2 Vehicle Unit that:
    • Is very tanky
    • Does extra damage against structures
    • Runs over bots instantly on contact
    • Can even bulldoze really tall units while in a Pelican

    The Dozer is not afraid of the Atlas, as the Atlas is also a bot!

    It's just an excessively large bot, so it takes around a whole second to bulldoze the Atlas!

    The Thor is similar in this regard.
