Hello, More than month ago i got PA retail version and inside there are 2 keys on my CD. 1 key for game that worked without problem and second key for gamma commander and this key doesnt work. I know i should put this key in armory but the only message i got is that the coupon doesnt exist or something like that. I opened the ticket month ago but still i didnt get the answer. Should i open new ticked, wait, or maybe there is another way to contact support about key that isnt working ?
Yes, I got first email titled "Support ticket opened..." with ticket number and inside email there is confirmation about request for support and lots of links with faq, guides, news and option to view ticket online, what i did and i got another email with access link on PA support site
