In case you ever wondered where "Uber Entertainment" came from. I recently told Joystiq: http://www.joystiq.com/2011/03/01/whats ... rtainment/
This. Honestly I had my guesses about it ( as you all put it as 'white blocking' being a factor ) but it's nice to learn the full details and mental imagery it fully invokes. Must admit thought that you guys are living up that name quite well for such a group and have to give mad props towards the developers, artist, and the voice actors who put all their energy into this.
This is a reference from Planescape: Torment with that crazy wisdom dude name O and the Nameless One, with the running theme "What's in a Name?" which is an excellent game. Whether or not this username/topic was intended that way is doubtful, but I would like to know more about Uber's Logo. Amen.
An answer at last? HUZZAH!! I tried asking the devs this during the community play date, but no one had an answer. It basically boiled down to them coming in afterwards, and never asking. But now I will gain this knowledge. AND KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
Purely coincidental. As for the logo, Eka's been looking around for some early sketches of it. I'm sure he'll post them when/if he finds them.
