I tested it with build 112209 and it's lowercase for me. How did you update it? With Steam or with one of the launchers? What happens if you delete those files and then verify the game files?
it helped to delete and verify. i cant explain why my file has been resetted to a previous state... maybe because i fixed this manually in past... i really dont know... - closed - ?
It might be that Steam on Linux ignores the change in case. I'll have to test that. Edit: Tested it, and Steam client does change case for me. Dunno what happened with you.
