I own the titans expansion but it says that i still need to buy it

Hello, I wanted to play some game with my friend so he created custom game but when i tried to join it sayd that i need the titans expansion to join we have played before and i already own the expansion but now when i installed it on another computer it just redirects me to a page where i can buy titans

This can happen- you'll need to email support@uberent.com and they should be able to sort it out for you.
