Yeah i just recently lost my PA Titans key for no particular reason. i recently reinstalled it to play with a friend and poof! No more titans.... Plz fix, Uber.

Also had my titans access disabled upon linking to playfab, and have emailed support. Fortunately I have other accounts to get me through the weekend Edit: Was fixed the next working day.

I'm the next unfortunate victim of this bug. I have sent off an email already, but I also managed to lose ownership of one of my purchased commanders. I will also send an email to Uber addressing that.
It looks like I am not the only one plagued with this issue. I have emailed support but haven't received a reply. Help??
Keep in mind that they are in Seattle time, so they are probably sound asleep right now. When did you mail them?
I mailed them at about 1800 yesterday. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I even bought a second copy of Titans and that didnt resolve the issue. At least I got the refund pretty promptly from steam.
