then can we also build teleporters on water for the navy only planets?

well no, but i think there was already a mod that does that, else i'll try making that

You should probably fix the typo in the mod name so that it's Kaiju instead of Kuiju.

So far as I can tell the old naval teleporter mod is no longer available.

You should set the priority of any potential naval teleporter mod to lower than legion and include the legion teleporter in it as well so that it works with it.
