Starting a skirmish gives me a Black Screen covered in the Green Metal Spots, how do I fix this?

Hey guys, whenever I start a skirmish on PA TITANS I get this glitch where the game is running, but the main screen is just a black screen with the metal spots floating about and if I move they get dragged around, how do I get over this?

Do you have any mods enabled? I've heard of someone having black screen and fixing it by disabling the biome mods they had enabled.

Sorry for the slow reply, I do not have any mods installed, it's just vanilla titans.

Your graphics drivers are almost certainly out-of-date.

Oh, but the game was fine till I got titans?

I know for a fact the game is running because I can still play, only in the tiny window at the bottom right

When did you last play PA classic?
Maybe you still have some old mod's using pamm on your system that conflict with titans.
