Create custom factions for galactic war

Hi, im totaly new to the game and wondered if I can create my own faction name and color for galactic war (since im a fan of greenish colors and I like to play with my own faction)
If I can I need n00b-save instructions

Each faction is in a file:

ui/main/game/galactic_war/shared/js/gw_faction_<n>.js

So the mod will have a new file with same path and a new name, plus a copy of the factions file, edited to load the new file:

Untested, but it looks like they were pretty good about using the faction list everywhere.

Does anyone even play Galactic mode still? lol
