PA consistently freezes and sound loops for a good amount of time

i have a optimal setup to play and am very confused

these are my most recent logs

None of those logs show a complete launch.

Also need a full DxDiag uploaded.

i dont know how to read the stuff on the wiki i get very mixed up with files etc i did figure out the DxDiag and i have it here

You could try updating your drivers:

• https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4453 OR http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/117918/en-us (just released)
• http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/G1Sniper-Z170-rev-10#support-dl (2015-07-07 audio driver update and possibly others)

There is also a BIOS update for your motherboard.

For logs... delete all the existing logs you uploaded then upload a new clean log for a game where the issue occurs.
