Am I missing something, my version is still set at 4.12.2 and the AI Client won't uninstall without disabling Queller AI. Ok all fixed, if anybody did anything then thankyou.
There was an issue with the feed between PAMM and CMM, so 4.12.2 was still the version showing. Was sorted about 8 minutes after you posted I believe

I up voted this on MOD DB It's awesome Quitch Thank-you!! , I'm going to attempt to mod the mod to see if i can make the AI prioritize attacking Mex and Solar if possible. I still win easily as the AI seems to leave my Mex alone until it's way too late and i just walk through and wipe the AI out with a massive zerg rush of T1 bombers and T1 bots .. lol.
There's currently no means to modify the AI's targeting priorities. You have control over when platoons are formed, and with what, but then you hand them over to one of the attack tasks. Mikeyh has talked about potentially allowing the passing of parameters to the AI tasks to allow control in this area, though there are a number of other areas for improvement I would prioritise above this.

Hey Quitch, really digging your AI, but could you make it stop firing nukes at targets covered by fully stocked anti-nukes and waste all that metal? I think the stock AI does this too so it's not a Queller specific issue.
If the AI does this then it means it's intel is out-of-date, that is that it doesn't realise there's an anti-nuke there yet, or it didn't realise it had enough missiles to stop its nukes.
Would you consider adding an Uber-Turtle flavour to Queller that fortifies it's base and outposts? I've been playing Queller and it doesn't seem to build much if any base defences, and I don't see it building AA when I harass it with bombers. I use Uber or Uber Aggressive with a resource bonus. I'm playing it with my own turtle mod: https://forums.uberent.com/threads/rel-war-turtle.69898/ It buffs all defences and artillery with more DPS and far greater firing range, but the AI of course is balanced for the stock base defences which are pretty much useless. I'd love to have an AI variant that builds plentiful turrets and AA, also around outlying mexes. I used to have the stock AI modded to do this but Queller is so much better I thought I'd ask you to consider it before I poke around in your mod
Not really something I plan to do, though looking at AA defence is something I'll revisit after the next patch fixes some of the bugs with the AI's air management. You want to look at the top of the uber_fabber_defense_air.json file. "Uber - Galata Turret - Mex" and "Uber - Galata Turret - Base" are what you want.
How to switch on the new ai? In ai options I can choose only vanilla (normal/hard...), and even if I choose vanilla difficulty, commanders do nothing during skirmish battle, only standing
I don't usually play against bots but I joined a 8 FFA with 9 planets and 3 Queller bots and man they were nasty. I had to kill them first because they were way more aggressive than the human players, the bad thing is that I let humans too much time to turtle up in their planets and it took long to kill them. So basically I found myself in a situation where AIs are more dangerous (can kill your comm or hurt your base) but human players are way better defending a whole planet, and it was fun. Of course, I'm not talking here about top players but randoms.
