Are there still issues playing MNC on XB1?

Depends whos host... Its playable at least

I often get 'moderate NAT ' in MNC and can't host, even though XB1 shows 'open nat'.
Even when I get open nat in MNC, host always fails to migrate to me. Was never able to make a custom pub.
Could be because of my own network issues though.
Has anyone actually successfully hosted a custom pub on XB1?
I also have issues with controller sensitivity: it is more sensitive than <insert a joke>, and the setting does not seem to take effect.
