Pa (no titans) not starting 64bit win 10

Hello . i just got PA and when i try to start the game in 64bit nothing shows up and the launcher closes. i can start the game in 32bit but then it wont let me play single player.

and for some reason i cant upload a dxdiag file here :S

Did you check the list mikeyh linked to? Could you also try doing a clean boot? Instructions for that are here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
