Ah, that is supposed to work with the UberId linked to you Steam. I guess you'll have to mail support@uberent.com to get it working. They are usually very fast in replying though.
I know its like 5 years late to say this but just wanted to say thank you. Seeing as I had to go back to redownload the soundtrack because I thought I had it saved in my pc so another question when did they put it on Bandcamp. This is new
Well, I'm not quite sure where the soundtrack lives these days. I haven't kept up much with this game anymore. According to https://support.planetaryannihilation.com/kb/faq.php?id=99, it should still be on Bandcamp. That article is two years old so I guess it has been on Bandcamp quite a while. I vaguely remember that's where I downloaded it from. Anyway, the instructions in the link above should tell you how to redownload the soundtrack.
