first video is the best one.
definitely shows pinpoint "twitching" without any motion to the turn. He's looking one way and without any frames, he is now pointing another way.

    These arent even good aimbots.

Name was hydragroupinc he aimbots as tank, never misses a railgun shot, shot me out of cloak from across ammomule while I was using a jump pad.

I got some video recorded but he turned his hacks off once he noticed i was following him. At least I ASSUME thats what he was doing as he was twitching around in place before he started doing bad.

good catch. Seems like it might be a throw away account.

In the Steam Ban list the player was added. Maybe the player wasnt patched into the games yet.

Well.. if you look at this forum on page 1 http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1674020 where he is known as {Fear} captain obvious #21 he isn't uber banned yet... so until he gets that he is free to cheat as much as his tiny heart desire.

Before being unable to join a server he needs to be uber banned? Thats ridiculous. Every cheater should get an Uber Ban immediately. Like Valve, they have no mercy for cheaters.

While it's true they have no mercy for cheaters, it also takes a few weeks to be banned. Every system isn't perfect, and there is always going to be someone cheating.

    take it or leave it.

At least Uber (with the help of the community) is doing something about it.

Valve is horrible with reporting cheaters. MW2 is a prime example.
But Valve combined with UBER using the lists we are creating is much much better.

I've got a wily fellow. Just came from one of the "Official Uber" servers.

    64-bit Steam ID: 0x0110000104AC463E

    Community Profile:
    http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198038664766/

Giving any one name wouldn't work. He changes it often, last seen name was . He seems to know what he's doing as he has not set up his steam community ID profile, therefore you cannot check his online status, friend him, follow him anywhere, or see if he's been previously banned. However his non-custom steam community profile does allow you to convert it into a steam ID.

While this is probably nowhere near enough information to get a definite ban, I nabbed a screenshot. I attempted to get some video, but I didn't get much before he figured out what I was doing. Guess I wasn't very sneaky for an assassin.

    http://i.imgur.com/ymNzX.jpg

He also likes to use voice clips over the mic pre-round and post-round during all-talk.

I'll look through the videos to see if I can get something relatively incriminating. I know I got some footage of him high in the air with no spread, and after he realized I was recording him he left the server. I'll see if I can cut down the ridiculous size fraps records at and upload it.

If anyone reports a player named "Hioooo Billy Mays Here!!!!!" any time today, I wouldn't be surprised. That is his handle as of this post.

*IF* I don't find any videos good enough, then at least treat this as a report against this specific steam ID, to help support any other reports against it.

Wasn't smart enough to grab a screenie, but I was just in a game with the same guy. Was up to 40/5 10 minutes in using nothing the assault rifle.

Played against that guy a few days ago and noticed nothing of his cheating. He was actually a rather decent assault.

Glad you can back me up on this.

Anyway, I did get a relatively decent clip.

Unfortunately it's 586 MB despite being 30 seconds long so it will take 3 hours to upload to youtube.

I'll try to find a way to re-render it in a smaller size xd

EDIT: I am awful at this. Somehow I made the video 7 times larger.
EDIT2: Oh, I chose to save it as a .avi and used high quality presets on accident from an old project previously. Now it's only 22 MB since I used less-than-absurd settings for a youtube video. :?

The video doesn't show much. The quality is also a lot lower than I would've liked. Still working on getting a good setup for rendering youtube quality videos. All it can really do is show I'm not BSing you with a false report. He's got "precise" aim and quits after he realizes I'm following him.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bJfdy82F3Y

Even 720p is really muddled. I'll try and find another rendering method to clear that up.

    EDIT AGAIN: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kuhv8Lhni48

Tried a higher definition upload. Took slightly longer but once processing is finished it may be clearer. It's SUPPOSED to be full 1080p but right now it only seems to display 480. Hopefully that will clear up within a few hours as youtube figures out what it is doing.

And here's a screenshot. This is ~15 minutes into a match on a 20-minute server.

Yeah, I'd say that's much better evidence than what I've got. Matching personalities, too.

I did a search on the 64-bit steam ID. Pulled up a single result.

    http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/s ... p=19739844

    His 25th listing matches.

    This is his video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AU6L_7mxF9o

Guess what steam community page the name links to. Seems he's been doing this for quite a while now. This sort of begs the question why he isn't banlisted yet, but I hope this ends up being more than enough to get him listed.
