problem with lags

Hi
I know this problem was before here.
But guys I have good PC.
32gb RAM
Motherboard RAMPAGE V
GTX 970
Windows 10 64bit
Processor i7 -5960x 3.00 ghz

And I can't see how all units walking or riding. Wtf? Commander is in one place then in another.
And if I changed settings at LOW is this same problem.

Server changed at EU West and this same. (I come from europe)

I used STEAM but not started, then I downloaded version from www and game run but still problem is with lags.

Any ideas?

Sounds like network issues

Check to see if there are any problems with your network connection and if you want to be certain that it isn't a computer problem play a game against the ai with local server turned on.

Other than that I have no idea how you can fix it because it would most likely be a problem with the servers.

Search no further. It's 99% likely that it's GameFirst III. Horrible software that...

unninstalled this game first III
and few others programs from ASUStek.
After that I download 1.87gb game like PTE.


And now game working super!!!!

this is program from ASUS. for motherboard.

this program cheking all time your internet speed and this same blocking your game.
I had this problem.
