Ta has multiplayer through game ranger... Well the gog version does at least.

Of course if you want to play ta, why not look at spring? It's TA + modern interface...

Oh yeah Game Ranger is fine, but for the convenience of the "invite to join" from my Steam list, it was definitely worth 2 quid or so. If that's not a thing then there was really no need to have spent it.

I'm a sucker for nostalgia. The clunky interface is endearing for me ;P

Hm, I was wondering when this is going to hit Steam since it was sold on gog.com for last five years.

The CZAR is from an old faction mod called Talon that didn't ever get finished and has been abandoned for a while.

No, it's confirmed that WG Seattle (former GPG) is working on a big project that'll be announced in 2016. That's either TA2 or another unreleased game that I "found" called Excalibur, but Excalibur is most likely an MMO.

The version number is rather arbitrary, unless there's a feature planned for 4 that I'm not aware of.
