Hi i bought this game very long time ago and to this day i cant figure out how to log in. I made Ubernet account, then i logged in but i got message that says restart steam so i restarted steam - NOPE, it doesnt work. I even tryed to reinstall the game, make another two accounts, idk. I bought it on steam in sale, but i cant play it. Steam user error. Please help. And sorry 4 my bad english.
I had the same problem when I tried to play today. Armory and Replay are grayed out and at the bottom right of the screen says offline. How do I fix It?
It should automatically log in. Can you try disabling your firewall and virus scanner completely to see if that makes a difference? If it works then, then you need to figure out how to add PA as an exception.
Well i have this game already in alpha... Yes, i even reinstall windows and tryed to run it on completly new machine. Nope. Reinstalling, firewall, antivirus, nothing works.
Hi, i have the same problem, i had some issues with the game, so i deinstalled the game. Afterwards the launcher didn't accept my password anymore. I opened a ticket at the support website, so maybe they can help me....
Strange. Can you go to settings -> server and make sure the local server is set to ON? Then try to play an AI Skirmish game. Does that work? Yeah, they would be the ones to contact with account trouble. They'll probably fix that for you soon.
Well, i seems it was my fault: i used a old install-program (PA_Setup.exe) I log into my accout at the uber-store and downloaded the PlanetaryAnnihilation_Setup.exe, then i use this one to reinstall the PA-Launcher, et voila: everything works. Maybe this helps other peoples too .... PS: The icon of the old installer was black with white P.A.-letter on it. The new installer has a green commander face as icon.
