Game Is Stalling on Start Of Match

Since the last patch many many times PA will stall on the start of the match.

It happens when a player crashes or disconnects. Posted it also here

Tested without any mods. Repro =

Start the game with someone. alt- f4 after it quickly

Well havent been able to get into 1 multiplayer since latest patch ....0_o

Can you give some more explanation?, tried the link... but it doenst become clear to me..
I dont use any mods, i always patched the game, which is a must since then u can anly logon.

Since latest patches, i am able to play multiplayer games anymore... and it seems like other people experience setting up / playing multiplayer games too.

Is it an issue which is already 'under construction' or do only a 'few' have this new issue?
