Hello PA friends

does anyone else have problems playing with the latest update (from Steam)?

My game gets stuck on Loading planets
Win10 x64 Pro

Sounds like a mod broke. Could you try disabling all of them? Or just run PA with --nomods to be absolutely sure no mods are loaded.

Disable all server mods and try again.

I downloaded the update, but now I can't load into any games. I have the main menu and that's it. If I try to load into AI skirmish It will say "creating world simulation" all the time. doesn't stop. If someone could help me here that would be awesome. I deleted and re downloaded the game, still does that.

Have you ever installed mods? Can you try running PA with --nomods and see if that helps?

Do you have any mods installed? Please run the game without mods to verify if a mod is interfering.

In Steam:

• Right-click the game in the Library
• Select Properties
• In the General tab, select the Set Launch Options button
• Type --nomods and select OK

In the Launcher:

• Log into your account
• In the upper right-hand corner, select the dropdown list on your username
• Select Build Options
• Under "stable", type --nomods and select SAVE

This will run the game without any mods to verify there isn't a mod interfering with the game. If the issue resolves, there is a broken mod affecting the game. If the issue has not resolved, please let us know.

One question where can I download the latest update for PA: Titans for Linux? The game is telling me to install new client. Non steam version.

Or you can use any of the following patchers for Linux that will only download what's needed:

Mine's graphical, the other to are command-line based, so take your pick. I like to think mine is the fastest and prettiest, but there may be some bias. It also comes with a simple mod manager to quickly turn on/off mods.

There's also a Go patcher, but it sends passwords in the clear, so I didn't link it here.
