When ever I use the patrol or am placing metal with the green circle thing, the green circle never goes away. If i use the patrol more than once they overlap and eventually it becomes impossible to play because my planet is solid green. Please help!

    Hi guss,

Can you post what computer system you are using and which graphic card you have? If you are using windows it would be good to attach an DxDiag dump.

And then there are a few things to check:
You say the the green circle never goes away. Did you press Caps-Lock on the keyboard? This enables the persistent few of order queues, if you have no unit selected all order queues will be displayed, which from time to time looks a bit messy.
If not I assume the circle doesn't go away, even if you give the unit a new order, correct?
Is this only on planet wide patrol orders, when yes, can you check area attack? (choose the attack symbol on the ride side of the screen and use it just like the patrol command)

BTW, don't update your graphics card divers for now.

As far as I'm aware this has been an AMD GPU Driver issue since the asteroids update whether they are updated or not.

Saving and re-loading will remove it until you do another area command.
