Good thinking V4NTOM, i kinda tought it was weird that he was attackign with an earthquake that miraculasly does not effect your own units. energy attack would make more sense haha
Do you also plan on doing the missiles that come out of the catapult? And what about the drones that come out of the carrier? That would be cool xD
The missiles he is already working on, the drones i don't know, but i guess so as he likes to change every unit
You can use awesome projectiles to change the missiles from catapults, I had to edit the mod a bit at it conflicted with a few pew pew thimgs.
I'm only running this mod, and when the landing animation played my comm disappeared and I couldn't see or select it at all. Even with an F5 refresh, I could neither see nor select it. Could this have been caused by your mod?
What game mode was this? Could you post the log file for that particular session? To answer your question, I realllllly doubt it. But I'd rather be sure about that, so if you could post that log file it would be handy. The drones sound like a good idea actually. Might be good to add effects to make it easier to spot. I've just released an update that has effects for the tactical missiles.
Will you update the effect on the ares and the support commander? Also could i ask you for using the old inferni electric effect you did? Could you send it to me if you can and want?) As well as your older versions of the effects you did in general?
Hi Ksgrip, I have been a bit busy with other stuff, and in fact my computer isn't even set up right now! Which old effects are you interested in? And do you want the old telsa effect for the inferno, or the one were the flames were red?

Update! This one touches on many units; slight tweaks of colors, improved muzzle flashes for most units and brand new Ares effects! There are still a bunch of things on my todo-list, but this patch has covered most of them. Nice! However you changed the files name to ant now and once more the ant effect mod does not load first. And i may be wrong but i think this weighs more heavily on performance as well.
You could be right about the performance. There are a whole bunch more particles being spawned. I didn't really notice that much slowdown on my machine (with a mid-range graphics card). If you find later that you are sure it is infact causing performance issues, I can probably tweak the end distance a bit. What do you mean about the ant rename?
