Is Planetary Annihilation Still Available?

So I'm thinking that while I was modding the game, I totally missed the boat. I know that as people move from PA to PA:T that there'll be less people for me to play with in multiplayer, but is PA not even available on Steam anymore?!? So people can't even get the older copy I currently have??

Well there's not really any point to buy the original one anymore. Also, the players with Titans can still play with people who don't own Titans.

I figured since Titans was a standalone, the standalone I bought would at least still be available for someone to purchase for cheaper. Guess I can always hope that someone joins my game since I can't join there's, lol.

We looked at it like this,

Player buys PA for $30.. likes it and wants TITANS. It now costs them 40$ more.. that's horrible experience. Until we can figure out a way to get the upgrade more permanent with Steam, we don't want that to happen, so we removed PA from stores.

Makes total sense, thanks for that Jables! I've mentioned it a few times, but I'll still be buying Titans, I've just got other needs at the moment, lol.

Can you not play Pa classic mode in titans (non titan games still show when I'm playing titans in the server browser).

Yeah works fine. You just join a classic game. You can also *host* classic games by changing the mode in settings.
