I cannot play Galactic War in TITANS or in regular PA after purchase

    I can select the galactic war mode and I'm presented with the correct screen but none of the buttons work. GO TO WAR, How To Play, Saved Games and even the back arrow all do nothing, forcing a close of the game.
    Before purchase I had 44 hours in regular PA but that too now faces the exact same issue and none of my old saved games appear to be present.
    I don't no if this is a seperate issue or related but in skirmish mode I am unable to change systems after selecting to Browse Systems.

    Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Sometimes virus scanners and firewalls try to interfere with PA because its GUI is basically the Chromium browser. Could you try disabling those to see if that helps?

    Also, if you've used any mods in the past, try disabling those.

    I can't seem to find a way to even check whether I have any mods installed, so I'm deleting all local game content and fresh installing. I tried disabling my antivirus and there was no change.

    Is this game compatible with windows 10?

    Yeah, it is compatible with Windows 10 although there are some problems with it. Not the kind you have though.
    Mods live in the directory "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation". Just copy-paste that in the address bar of Explorer. If you have ever had mods, there should be one of more of the following folders: "mods", "client_mods", and "server_mods". Delete all of those folders.
