Backed PA through paypall back in the day and do not have Titans in my steam list.

I backed PA during the kickstarter back in 2012 and have played and enjoyed PA. Now titans is released and i do not have it in my steam list, does it appear automatically or do i need to receive a key? Where can i find the key?

Things to do:

Fire up PA and check your armory, is it listed there?

Go to http://store.uberent.com and check your keys - is there one listed there?

bought the double key bundle and used one myself and gave another to a friend.

I see 2 keys for Planetary Annihilation. Nothing about Titans.

(PA is still updating with my slow *** internet)

Fired PA up, i got a message that i received TITANS as i was an early backer. Clicked the button to quit and instal it. Still it doesnt appear in the steam store now (restarted steam aswell).

When i go to Armory and click on PA:TITANS there is only the button: 'Add to Cart'.

Any idea what i can do?

Could you take screenshots? Would be really helpful with troubleshooting

I see. Are you sure you don't have PA:TITANS as an extra game in your Steam Library? Do you have uninstalled games hidden by default, maybe?

100% sure its not there. Uninstalled games are all shown.

Think you need to contact support to get them to add Titan Steam key to your account.

Yep, this looks like one for support. Please be patient with them though, they have support tickets out the you-know-what at this moment in time.
