In all seriousness, there's a lot of questions being asked and it would be great if a few more people would help out answering them.

Don't feed trolls though.

You can shut down trolls without feeding them, it's just difficult and involves the combined brainpower of an entire community. Such as the Realm.

We focus our troll slaying power through the glorious Cat.

Definitely need some sort of moderation. The personal attacks are out of hand. There's even one guy actively recommending people abuse the refund system to post a lot of negative reviews.

I know it's tempting to just wait out a bad PR storm like this, but....

Steam forums - not even once.

I didn't even know there were steam forums. It's not like i use steam for 7 or 8 years

They also downvote every positive review of PA and upvote bad ones. We need to fight it.

I really wish I hadn't visited the Steam forums at all. The place is a cesspit of vitriol, entitlement and asininity.

But whew, been through the reviews and discussion threads now. I need a giant cattle brand for everyone that posts a bug report as a goddamned Steam Review.

Like, seriously. Add that to the claims of Steam Refunds and / or uninstalls. You shouldn't be able to have an active review with the game uninstalled and / or refunded. Step it up, Valve, your community-based moderation can't get much worse.

Funny but this time i'll be with the other side, sorry....

I think it would be best if reviews that preceded refunds were marked as such. Not uninstalls though, since there's plenty of innocent reasons that could be the case and I don't really see why it matters so much anyway.

Ahh, sorry, I meant more the "stupid game uninstalling" reviews. Of which there are a few!

Those require a special kind of filter that sits between the chair and the keyboard.

So far I've been called a troll about six times, a "suit" (for Uber) at least twice. A jerk, I think.

Accused of not owning the game. More than twice.

Accused of not understanding many, many things.

Been accused of spamming for letting a spammer know I reported his thread.

I'd forgotten how bad the Steam Discussion forums were.

I just read through some of the posts in the announcement thread, it's a lost cause mate.

I believe the term *throwing up in mouth* is appropriate for this situation. Don't worry folks, unless someone is purposely downvoting steam reviews for PAT, the positive reviews will shine on.
