Fallout 4 100% confirmed for E3! For reals this time!

I am really excited for this new fallout and cant wait for it to come out, just hoping that they will allow the same level of modding as has been done in the past but the fact they are indicating game will create new copy for mods to run and keep vanilla safe indicates the level of modding that will be supported will be rather deep and more then just mapping and skin changes for models and tweaks on weapons which could indicate we might see total conversions and not just minor mods down the road.

Also I have feeling this is going to be their test of the engine ability and in near future we will see announcement of a new eldar scrolls game using the engine.

New gameplay and stuff, yo.

Figures they update Fallout Shelter a week after I delete it.
While the game is fun, the fact that there was no endgame bored me when I had around 50 vault dwellers.

I'm still kind of iffy on the way the SPECIAL system is being handled and INT, PER and LUK seem to be kind of worthless now, unless they get some insanely good skills later down the tree.

I feel the same, it's not a deal-breaker.. But it's odd. The thing I'm most disappointed about is the way dialogue is now handled, I never liked the simple nature of Mass Effects options, and I'm sure I won't like it here. I want to know what my character will say, and honestly.. I wish the protagonist wasn't voiced. The voice is less of an issue than the limited/not well explained options, but still not my favourite part of the game.

I'm willing to forgive the dialogue wheel as long as the writing is good.

But considering this is the same team that gave us Fallout 3, a game in which you start an entire war in order to stop people from activating a machine that you yourself want to activate... my hopes aren't very high.

You didn't want to activate it because they were going to put an anti-radiation thing. Basically it'd kill anyone who had been exposed to lots of radiation iirc.
