When building orbital factories you just wish for Deep space ships like, destoyers, missle carriers, etc. i mean i would love to burn enemy worlds by pelting them from orbit so heres what they would be and do and how. Orbital factories can make Gantries Gantries allow the consturction of basic orbital vessels I.E. Light destroyers, Corrvettes, Orbital Transit interceptor stations, Basic Fabbericator and standard units, and Planetary Sheilds. Advanced Gantries allow the constuction of, Dreadnuaghts, Missle Frigates, Capital Ships, Carriers, and Long Range Rail gun vessels Basic Gantry vessels Dolphin - Light destroyer Thrasher - Corvette Cinder Block - Orbital Transit interceptor station Im still looking into other ideas Advanced Gantry Vessels Dragon - Dreadnuaght, Advanced, anti Fighter, anti Cruiser, and anti, carrier. Scythe - Missle Frigate, Advanced Anti Fighter anti Cruiser. Reaper - Capital Ship, Can Fabricate Bots drop them from orbit, advanced Anti Orbital ship, and Anti Fighter, Blue Whale - Carrier, Desinged for long range deep space and orbital figther support, can construct Phenoix fighters and Firefly gunships (Planetary, Orbital, and deep space gunship). Shark - Sniper Vessel, Fires magnetic rounds, when the rounds hit the desired location cuases a large explosion, 2x of a nuke. Would Planetary Annihailation support this what do you think.

there must be a mod arround, but the devs will not support this. why you dont buy Homeworld remastered, or Nexus, SoaSE, or even wait until Shallow space is released?
waiting for the modstuff to be implemented into vanilla .... so they are vanilla ... example tacmissiles shooting orbital like in statera and owom ( was it in rcbm as well?) on topic : planetary annihilation is about combat that revolves around planets adding deepspacecombat would make it a entirely different game and if you put too much emphasis on space combat then there would be no point in having a surfacearmy or it would take a significant backseat to me that is not the point/attraction of the game that doesn't mean i am against more orbital interaction ... in fact i asked for more orbital and teleport logistic options since beta ... and i believe with that there would automatically be a shift more torwards orbital interacting with surface but the horsework would still be done by the surface army ...
