So i logged on with PAMM after the update and in the main menu a yellow bar at the top said my system didnt meet the requirements for offline play? also i play on a laptop Specs are: Windows 8.1 x64 AMD A10-5750M APU 2.50GHz AMD Radeon HD 8650G 6gig RAM(5gig usable)
Yeah, you need 8GB of RAM for that. You can force the local server on by going to settings -> server though, so you can give it a whirl. Many people seem to just fine while having less than 8GB. (For completeness' sake: the other minimum requirements for the offline play is quad core processor and 64-bit OS, both of which you have.)
