Well you didn't miss out on much. I tried the game and it was completely bland and didn't have any redeeming aspects in its gameplay: You'd be wasting your time playing this game. Regardless, it will go f2p eventually so if you must you can play it then.
Hey you. Go play Airmech. There will be cake. http://store.steampowered.com/app/206500/ Oh, and ignore that trailer thing, that's way outdated (talking multiple years here). This guy is the game's chief caster: https://www.youtube.com/user/areyouwhy0x/videos
Since the Silent Hill P.T., I can't wait for the next silent hills game, "Silent Hills". ...Is what I said a few days prior to it being cancelled
http://www.polygon.com/2015/4/26/85...ma-konami-pt-guillermo-del-toro-norman-reedus The second to last paragraph says now that Silent Hills is shut down, attention focuses on their other flagship projects. I think it means, now that Silent Hills is shut down, attention focuses away from Konami at all. This is sort of a **** move, they can't afford to be EA when EA can't even afford to be EA in my book. I haven't been paying much attention to Konami lately, just a few select titles, and now I likely will continue the trend, with little if any attention on Konami. They grabbed everyone's attention just to flop, when this could have brought them back to the frontlines.
Oh, it is like the worst. Konami and to a lesser extent Capcom are really hurting their best titles and sagas. On that note, maybe in the near future these exiled game giants can make their own companies, like Uber Entertainment and Comcept did. The sad thing about that, is it really would have been better with that good old legacy name behind it. I rather the original series with a good sequel 20 years later, than the old creator with a brand new company doing it right under a new name. But when worst comes to worst, I totally support these guys going out to do this. That being said, has ANYONE mentioned Mighty No. 9 in this thread yet? I am interested in that. EDIT: Oh, I mentioned it earlier. EDIT EDIT: Also, it's release date is Sept. 15.
Dirty Bomb closed beta key giveaway. DB is pretty much Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory with modern graphics. https://eu.alienwarearena.com/giveaways/dirty-bomb-closed-beta-key-giveaway However since it's being published by Nexon, there are some region restrictions.
The choice between creating an alienware account and spending money for beta access is more difficult to me than it should be. D:
Cogmind early access is supposedly being released this month. http://giant.gfycat.com/SnoopyWellwornKilldeer.mp4 I'm not sure if I should get it or not. I really dislike DCSS-style dungeons, where you continuously auto-explore and tab through the game after you've sorted your inventory. I also no longer have a numpad, which dampens my roguelike playability considerably.
