P.A.Exe has stopped working Upon commander landing

I bought this game and tried to play but it just crashes on Commander landing. Help

You need to update your drivers, they are almost 3 years old.

Where would i update them? I'm on a Laptop if that matters

By the way, for laptops there is a high probability you will get an error about "Not validated" when you try the .exe from that link.
