As long as you can keep Morrigan safe, it shouldn't be an issue. I'd imagine she'd be most effective with an aggressive point character, as her assist tends to appear in front of you, you don't want her taking cheap shots.

Haven't thought about abusing Hsien-Ko's armor before...I'd probably have her more on a zoning team as a "GET THE **** OFF ME" button if people venture too close. She's not particularly a zoning character, but her gong does help mitigate the projectiles.

I myself am still working on building a team. Might be a pseudo zoning team like, Hsien-Ko(Gong), Taskmaster(H-Shot), *Character Here*. Friend of mine showed me how irritating Super Skrull and X-23 are, might pick them up at some point.

Thanks for the input. I think I found an idea:

Ryu relies on meter to be a threat. Shinkuu Hadouken can punish and to OTG combos while Hyper Hurricane is a level 1 with invincibility. Very basic character with basic but damaging combos. Morrigan helps him keep meter built with Dark Harmonizer.

I think I'll have Spencer act as number two. Ryu's movement options are rather bland and his fireball can't compete against a lot of other zoners. I think I'll use Spencer's wire grapple to forcefully close the gap while Spencer himself has basic but useful combos as well.

Hopefully, when it comes down to Morrigan, I'll have meter saved so she can abuse Astral Vision.

Hackers find traces of Doctor Octopus(Spider-Man) and Frank West(Dead Rising). No character models or dialogue or anything just two files with these names. Shuma-Gorath is 100% finished and located on your MvC3 disc. Jill wasnt finished completely needing model altering and polishing up, so she was removed for the DLC download with Gorath. Gorath so far is shown as Green, and an alt White color. They look great, if you are interested then read above. Frank West and Doc Oc DLC #2? exciting :D

In other news, I've settled my last team to be Hsien-Ko/Akuma/Spencer. I've uploaded a bunch of MvC3 videos to my YouTube.

Akuma? My Akuma is the only Akuma I've seen so far. I guess I'm lucky.

Then again, I have yet to actually see a Sentinel online too. WHAT ARE THE ODDS WHOA CRAZY.

But I have seen quite a few X-23's.

Luckily, all the characters are viable at least. Unlike MvC2's 4 out of 56.

I've peeked at your card Ninja Wallace. Taskmaster? Man, we're such hipsters!

My Main Characters are Amaterau and Morrigan. The majority of the time I play I have those two. My other characters are Hsien-Ko, Tron, and Phoenix.

Alright, so started actually playing the game (mostly been doing arcade and missions). Team at the moment is Taskmaster (H-shot), Dante (Jam Session), and Haggar (Double Lariat).

Taskmaster is good for the counter zoning or just changing the tide with his counter and his counter hyper. His regular hypers are also good for pushing people away if they trying to rush you down. Once I can get something going it's combos into web swings and etc. Dante is a pretty solid assist and has some easy combos, and his "Million Dollars" is pretty good to do on reaction. Haggar has a steel pipe, pretty much 'nuff said. More easy combos, tons of hitstun, lots of grab setups.

That's like comparing a screwdriver to a postage stamp. However, if you're looking for a fighting game to get into, or you find other fighting games too hard, give MvC3 a shot.

Also, Strider, if you start putting up match videos I'll sub.

    Not Double Lariat?

    Well, you have my respect.

Wesker is just too much fun on my primary team. And practicing with Spider-Man is fun too. I'm guessing Taskmaster is the same as you can continue comboing after a swing.

I'm surprised more people aren't abusing super armor Hsien-Ko assists.

Well sure, I suppose having an invincible assist is pretty useful. =P

I can't figure out how to use Wesker well, any ideas? Spidey is fun, especially since he's been buffed from MvC2. And yeah, Taskmaster is pretty much combo, swing, combo swing, air combo, hyper.

Wesker's gameplay, I believe, revolves around his teleports. He has good mobility on the ground but it fairly stiff in the air without his teleports.

A lot of his normals are also fairly unsafe, but most of your bread and butter combos should be using Ghost Butterfly (QCF+M). If if connects, follow up with H teleport and continue. If it's blocked, use M teleport to safely back off and try again.

Samurai Edge is also a fairly annoying way to pester characters with no zoning game. Just know its angles of fire are fairly limited. Grounded angle has good range but not big range. Air angled keeps you mobile but can't be followed up as well. You can sometimes combo off straight shot but it can be crouched under and goes over really short characters. Plus, all Samurai Edge shots can have teleport follow ups. Notice the trend?

I'm gonna test how fast and effective his teleport is later and will post the results on YouTube later. I wanna see if you can input teleport's command during super flash and punish random hypers with it.

Arthur / Dante / Sent. I win at will, and oh man you've never seen hatemail quite like what I've seen tonight.

Jam session and sent factor needs some balancing.

What have you been doing? Zoning all day?

I mean, you have Arthur, so I can only imagine.
