pa.exe has stopped working

    I am using steam ver , when I play Ai Skimish, it hasppens very often, like 50% chance. almost 100% when I load larger systems with more than 3 planets. but in Galatic war, it happens a lot less , even in a 5 planets system.

    I think that the problem may be that you are simply running out of memory. You are exactly at the minimum system requirements for PA, which is 4GB. To make matters worse, you also have a 32-bit version of Windows, which means you cannot even use the full 4GB due to the limits of 32-bit address space. So the Galactic War systems and the 1v1 ranked should be fine, since those are designed not to exceed the minimum system requirements. But as soon as you get to the larger systems you can get with home-made systems or those found in multiplayer, you may just be exceeding the amount of memory you have and thus crash.

    So you are kind of stuck on small systems. Your processor does support 64-bit Windows though, so if I were you I'd install that. That would make a bit more memory available for you.

    On 32-bit Windows process can only use 2GB RAM by default so it's pretty normal that PA crash there:
