gunners can drop the ball?

so tonight i saw a gunner dropping the ball with his mortar, on three separate occasions. am i just crazy, or is this a glitch?

They can keep it down from their own base, using questionable ethics. But I don't think they can bring it down themselves.

I've heard Assassins can, just not sure how.

Assassins can bring it down very stealthfully by leading some bots past smoked bombed turrets.

Oh, is that it? I thought they were doing some kind of glitch. Still, very sneaky.

I'd rather not say what it is exactly, a lot of people are complaining about this tactic being BS, because it is. And it will probably be patched in the future... *crosses fingers*

If all enemy pros are all on some raised platform or other areas aside from the ground level, an assassin's gremlins will take out turrets and take down the ball...

Is it bad that I use questionable Gunner tactics to kill turrets? :shock:

If you're using the mortar to take turrets down, you are doing it 100% correctly.
