    How does everyone feel about homeworld shipbreakers (hw3) being a prequel only on land? I am a bit worried. I feel like land combat is really overdone and I worry it will be a generic rts. Plus it's all on the desert planet which could get tiresome fast.

    I'm looking forward to shipbreakers if only because it reminds me of dune. Spice harvesting :)

    Guys guys the amount of misconceptions here IT'S OVER 9000!!!!

    Gearbox is working with the developers of the COMPLEX mod. I have not heard of them working with any other modders other than getting tools from some shortly after obtaining what relic had.

    The Warlords mod never had a definitive release and the individual responsible for it has stated that he has other obligations and that he is unsure as to whether or not he will make a warlords mod for the remastered release.

    I can safely say that NO HW2 mod is going to work with remastered out of the box. Even with the classic versions Gearbox has patched them and made balance changes and bug fixes, so it's iffy as to whether or not even classic mods will work with their respective updated classic versions, depending on the mod in question.

    I've poked around on the hw2 mod forums and a lot of modders have stated they are excited to move their mod over. So expect a fair number of them to show up.

    Is it just me or is Scott Manley not very good and HW? Because I felt really frustrated watching him play it even though I've never played Homeworld.

    I wasn't gonna say anything but even thought I've seen EVERY and I do mean EVERY KSP Scott Manly video his HW vids are EXCRUCIATING to watch.

    he is mind-bogglingly terrible at this, it's not even funny anymore.

    I stopped after the second vid. it's already clear he'll have to start over from the beginning three or more times to get to the last level. he's botched his start way too hard.
