for some reason neither my self or the AI is able to load units into orbitals in galactic war mode, I even tried restarting thinking it was my save, nope, i order the transport to pickup any unit and it just does nothing.
Have had this bug pop up recently as well. Weird thing is that it only effected galactic war and not skirmish Giving the astrayus a command to load a unit would clear it's entire command queue so even if you told it to move to a location and than pick up a unit it just stops
