    "Thinking about buying PA?"
    No.
Namely, because I already bought it

Hi, well I've looked that graphics card up... Its about same performance as my laptop gt 420m gpu, so it will run the game on minimum settings at 1366 x 768 resolution comfortably (40 fps at game start, holding 20 ish later game, provided the map your playing on isn't huge. 4 medium sized planets would be your limit). As it's a 5000 series card it also still gets driver updates which is good.

If you look in the forums on his side you´ll find out that the reviewer is a quite well-known community member, named @icycalm! So, if you feel like it, you could discuss with him directly!
(personal opinion: The reviews do feel like "fast-shot" opinions, the articles feel like "real" reviews!)

Note yet, though there is a petition on there to get it added. Personally I'd recommend getting the game direct from Uber. You'll need to log in once to get the download. Then you can launch the game directly from the 'pa.exe' for single player mode no login needed (note you still have to use a login to get access to updates and for multi-player).

The only thing Uber should improve (and are looking into I think) is that the fully offline capability isn't obvious as the main way to launch the game is via the update launcher, which requires a login. Imo they should add a 'offline' button to it for when you just want an AI game.
