I bought planetary annihilation in its really early stages before beta. I got it on steam for about $100 back in july 2013. shoulden't i have gotten some stuff?

I think you should at least have the digital art book. See https://forums.uberent.com/threads/steam-early-access-digital-download-art-book.67076/#post-1052886 Physical stuff is being shipped to Uber around now after which they'll send it out to whoever is entitled to it.
