Nostalgiaaaaa. I like PA music, its really good.

Today's clan wars matches have shown how much Uber have optimised this game in the last few months. It's coming along really really nicely.

Meh I never really found what people liked about TA'S soundtrack, it sounds pretty generic to me, and it always feels like there are only three or four songs on a loop when I'm playing.

Meh, it ok, it's definitely far from horrible and it's getting better, but lots still to be done before I can truly love this game. I'll be sticking around though grumbling to myself like an old man. Darn kids, git off mi lawn.

Squishy, I would recommend just listening to it (primarily the combat tracks which are at the start of the selection). The building tracks are mood music and do build tension but the combat tracks.... There are 2 in particular that I think are some of the best classical war tracks I've ever heard. That said I think pa's sound track is equally good and deserved it's award for best original sound track. It's a different style to ta so I wouldn't like to call one outright better than the other.

I absolutely adore "What we built" on the PA soundtrack. Gives me goosebumps every time. Sounds even better on really really loud speakers.

Oh let me add this, I can say I really enjoy the opening cutscene music a lot.

Yea. TA still has a best soundtrack for me. And best intro.

Gotta love Forest Green.


PA OST ain't beating that anytime soon.

Meh see, that one I find pretty, I dunno, it's just not very powerful.

Edit: it doesn't do for me what Halo or PA's music does.

I'd highly recommend those @squishypon3

I think what I like about forest green in particular is the fact that through most of the track you have 2 distinct melody lines competing for dominance. It's a very very well written bit of music, one that I think would sound truly epic at a live performance (which isn't impossible, quite a lot of orchestras do include modern compositions from films and so on, a game soundtrack isn't that far fetched).
