    Hate nukes and want an option that we can disable them.

    Who else is in?

    The ability to disable anything would be nice, but for now you can very easily mod it out.

    dont mind to have the option but i probably never will use this ... if others want it/need it fine by me ... i personaly dont need it ...

    I'd like to see if it's even possible to do this. Not sure if the UI can change .jsons on the fly.

    Why? Nukes in Vanilla are seriously overpriced and thus underpowered. If you let you opponent make one and nuke you, then you are seriously doing something wrong.

    The point is, it's an option, for people that usually like to play around against eachother and/or bots, they might not want certain weapons in the game.

    It doesn't harm anyone else, so why not?

    Only for custom games. When there are 5 or more planets its hard to spot nukes...... Thats why. Its silly when you have 348327463278468327463264832746 units and 3 nukes kills your commander because nobody is using them and then someone has.

    Or make the ani nuke really cheap, his range sucks anyway.

    Or even better, 1 anti nuke can laser kill all incoming nukes............

    Today again, had an amazing army destroyed 3 comms, 1 was left. And yes 6 nukes on my comm and we where defeated.......

    Please make the game like this that a nuke cannot destroy a comm, its so bullshit. I might even quit this game because of superweapons. The unit cannon is bad enough but cheap to counter.

    It's extremely easy to protect your commander from nukes. Anti-Nukes cost only a fraction of nukes, and you get 3 of them for each building. Nukes, along with other superweapons, are mainly for breaching the defenses of turtling planets that are impossible to invade, or for use against incoming clumped armies.

    Hell, you can build an Anti-Nuke in the time it takes a nuke launched from your own planet to hit you. It literally takes 10 seconds.

    If you get defeated so often by a simple, inefficient tactic, then use your brain and adapt so it stops happening.

    the whole game is about comm destruction and he is already tough enough to survive at least one .. if you can't bother to build nuke defenses ... well tough ...
    i dont mind you wanting an option for disabling nukes but asking the comm to be made nukeinvulnarable is just silly ..

    in that case rather ask someone to make a mod for this ...
    i wouldn't ever want that option in vanila as it entirely defends the purpose of the comm ..

    antinukes don't come prepackaged with a single antinuke anymore. So yes, you can build the anti-nuke building but you also need to micro building a counter missile too. It's still cheaper than the nuke, just... don't forget to have one.

    no you don't it immidiatly starts building missiles when the launcher is built

    Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realize the autobuild builds an antinuke in TEN SECONDS.
