Currently it's much harder to get the livestreams up with the smaller teams. We've chosen to spend our efforts on the game for now and are balancing it by spending more time visiting our streamers (especially @tvinita ). We do miss the streams, but we feel prioritizing the development is the right choice currently.
The amount of interaction currently on the forums I think the streams would be superfluous and not be the best use of time anyway
Although I'm sure you know how to run your business, I'd also like to chip in my thoughts. 1. Remember that your live streams are not wasted time, but are in-fact good marketing and a good way for people who play the game to get their friends involved by showing them the state of the game and the things you are working on. 2. With that said, it would also show that you are working on the game to those people who were active here but have fallen off the radar as well as keeping current players informed. Is having no live streams a strategy to ensure that you don't promise things you may not be able to deliver? I followed the development of the game and got my friends involved to. When the game was nearing release I bought it and started playing it. I couldn't really recommend it in this state and my friends had a couple of games, sucked hard at it, and lost interest. I really think you need to release a video showing the current state of the game and maybe giving some background as to why things are the way they are and what you were and are still aiming for. I think I'd be able to get my friends interested again if they could see how good the gameplay in the 1v1 ladder is. You guys have got a lot going on, it would be cool to share some of it with us.
