How do I add Planetary Annihilation to my Steam Library?

I bought this wonderful game on the Uberstore the other day and I was just wondering, if I can, how to add the game to steam other than using the "Add non-steam game to my library". Thanks in advance!

You can convert your key to Steam, but this is one way operation and can't be revert.

If you want do that open this page:
https://store.uberent.com/Account/MyKeys
Click on key you want to convert and click on "Convert to Steam" button.
Then you can activate this key in your Steam account.

What exactly do you mean by it can't be reverted?

For example. After you press the button you can't ask for refund anymore:

But when you play though Steam at least once you can use Uber launcher again.

Oh, I think you can add it as a "Steam game" once you convert the code. And it's true, you can't re-convert the Steam code back into the game key, but once your key has been activated to your UberNet account, you can play it through the Launcher or through Steam.

As far as refunds go, once a key has been activated, we're unable to deactivate it and therefore unable to refund. Changing a game key into a Steam key usually happens after you activate the key anyway.

so i bought the game from a retailer and i followed the steps to try to convert it but i cant i never see that button so i dont know whats the problem but its not working

Why would you want a refund anyway? It's a good game.

I bought the retail version aswell and would like to add this game as a non Steam game to my Library. I cannot convert the key and dont think this is necessary. If I can add other games like Anno 2070 that uses a Ubisoft launcher why can't I just add this game to Steam?

Anno 2070 you can't play without having Origin. In fact I bought the game on Steam and it forced me to install origin for the game to launch... launching the game from Steam opens it from origin. (Same with Farcry 3: Blood Dragon.)

So I'm sure it's a similar issue.

Maybe it's because I bought Anno 2070 Retail but i dont have that problem and secondly Origin? Since when is Anno 2070 an EA game?

All im saying is that if Anno works with a seperat Launcher (Ubisoft + steam) than why shouldn't PA?

Always when i start it the Uberlauncher starts and asks for my User name and Password. Than i Press play and get the error message: "Fatal Error Could not contact the Steam Client. Is it..."

Thx but don't really want to convert my key into a steam key. Just want to add it in like every normal non-steam game. And yes I followed the instructions still the same error message. No other way to bypass this?

Ubisoft must have a contract with Origin because Farcry was created by Ubisoft as well. =o
